What products do you use?

All the products we use at Prestige Mobile Valets are top of the range. They have an exceptional marketplace leading selection of products which we love using, also giving superb every time to results.

What if the weather is bad on the day of my valet?

We will call you on the morning of the valet and discuss options with yourself. We can still valet vehicles if its raining because of our unique gazebo, which can be erected around your vehicle. We generally will not valet a vehicle when temperatures drop below zero. If the valet does need to be called off then we will rearrange a time and place with you.

How long will a valet take?

The time taken for a valet all depends on which service you choose, please see our services page for approximate times for each service.

Do I need to be present?

No, you do not need to be present however if this will be the case we will need to speak in advance to arrange collection of keys and payment.

Do I need to remove all my belongings?

It will be your responsibility to remove all valuables before we valet your vehicle however if you forget to remove anything we will place all items into a reseal-able clear bag and place in the boot for safe keeping. We will not accept any liability for any belongings that are left in the vehicle.

Do I need to remove my car seat?

No, we will happily remove them for you however we will not reinstall them.

What if I need to cancel, will I still be charged?

We would appreciate at least 48 hours notice for a cancellation however we know this is not always possible. You will never be charged for cancellations because we only take payment once the job is complete and the customer Is totally satisfied.

What if I forget about my valet?

We will never allow this to happen because we provide a text service which will remind you of your valet the night before.

Do you accept card payments?

Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards however a small fee of 50p will be applied.

What is the difference between a polish and wax?

A polish will behave as a moisturizer to your paintwork and enriches the colour giving you that deep showroom shine.

A wax will add glow and provide a protective coating by sealing the paintwork.

We recommend you have your vehicle polished every 4-6 weeks as a minimum and have your vehicle waxed 4 times a year.

Do you need to use my water and electricity?

No, we are fully mobile and our van has its own water supply and generator for electricity. However, where we can we would like to use your electricity just to keep down the noise pollution created by the generator.

What is your star system rewards system?

This is a loyalty card which we will give you on your first service with us, we will then stamp it each time you use us. Once you have had 5 valets you will receive a 25% discount on your sixth. Terms and conditions to this service do apply. Please contact us for more details.

What is a maintenance plan?

This is a service which most of our regular customers take the opportunity to use. We will sit down with yourself, or talk over the phone, which every is more suitable for you, and discuss your needs and budget. From there we will come up with either a 3,6 or 12 monthly maintenance plan for your vehicle which will keep it in the best possible state it can be. Below is a typical example;

January- Full Valet

February- Full Valet
Mid February- Mini Valet
March- Prestige Valet
Mid March- Mini Valet
April- Full Valet
Mid April- Mini Valet
May- Summer Protection Service

We will book all these services in advance and offer discounts depending on what service you require and how often.

Do you offer any refer-a-friend incentives?

Yes, if you refer us and when they book they mention your name you will receive a 15% discount on your next valet. This only applies when both parties book a full valet or higher.

Do you offer special rates/discounts for commercial or corporate contracts?

Yes, please contact us for more information.

How do I book a service?

You can contact us either by phone, email or Facebook.

Can you clean convertible hoods?

Yes, there are special products and techniques for cleaning convertible roofs.

What if my vehicle is damaged during a valet?

Although all our staff are fully trained and competent on all the kit used we are aware accidents can still happen. If this is the case, then there is no need for you to worry as we are fully insured and will correct all damage caused as soon as we possible can.
